For the next nine school days, we will be focusing on writing skills. We will be reviewing how to read a prompt, how to stay on topic and how to get an appropriate length to our papers. We will also be completing our persuasive writing unit during this time. All students at McCleskey will then participate in a writing assessment on January 19. These assessments will be mailed to an assessment company for grading and the results will be mailed back to us. It is very important that all students have a good attitude about this unit and be here every day. Thanks for your support.
