Week of October 1

EROSION, SOIL FORMATION, AND DEPOSITION- What could be more exciting than that!

Chapter 7 covers most of what we should know for the CRCT test-which is a good thing :-)

We'll be doing several activities in class during this unit, so make sure to ask about them!!!!!!

TEST #2-Rocks- for all those who did not make an A- WEDNESDAY, October 3.

Optional draw design- due Friday. This is a contest I do periodically and is just for fun.

DUE FRIDAY:  BOOKLET ON WEATHERING- we started the booklets in class-8 pages, includes shortened definitions and pictures of mechanical weathering, the 5 items at the bottom of pages 214 and 215, chemical weathering and water and oxygen as they pertain to chemical weathering.

Continue to work on crystal lab- add a teaspoon of water, if it dries up.
