Math
The students were given a math project that is due January 15th. We are available for questions or assistance if needed. However, this is a homework project, and it be should be completed at home.
Latin America quiz
Students will have a quiz Friday 11th on 19 locations in South America and Central America. They should be able to locate the location on a map.

Math Unit Test
There will be an Unit Test next Thursday, 20th on rates, ratios, percents and proportion.
Tutoring is available most mornings, starting at 8:15, and afternoons on Wednesday and Thursday from 4:15 to 5:15. If these times do not work, please contact me for a scheduled time.
Social Studies Unit Test
Parents encourage your child to start today studying for the Benchmark Test next Thursday, 20th. This is a major test and it will heavily impact your child's Social Studies grade.

Select the standards portfolio file, save to your account in Word, and complete the activity. Use the aaMath site to help you complete the activity. On the web-site, read the definition, and go to the learn, practice, and play activities and have fun.

New Unit:Math
We will start a new unit new week, and it is essential that your child can multiply and understand the skills that have been introduced. Please help us by bringing your child in for tutoring as needed. Check I-Parent, and if you see that your child has done poorly on a quiz or test; he/she needs to come in for remediation.
