Today, the warm-up was to, in pairs, create a pre-writing graphic organizer in response to the following prompt:
Then we handed out a packet with a prompt about goal setting and asked the students to do the same type of pre-writing for this prompt, followed by beginning to draft a rough draft of the essay responding to this prompt. We will continue working on these packets tomorrow.
