Math 6-finished last Friday by doing an activity on comparing unit rates. They had calculators and worked with partners for a classwork grade. Today we reviewed sections 7-1,7-2,7-3 for a quiz tomorrow, but we also started sections 7-7 and 7-8 on converting fractions, decimals, percent. There will be an activity Friday on this standard.
Math 6/7 finished unit 4 on equations and order of operations on Friday. Today we finished sections 7-1 and 7-2( ratio and unit rate). Tomorrow we will work on Proportions(sections7-3), and Wednesday we will convert fractions decimals and percents( sections 7-7 and 7-8).
