1.) Warmup - Download Warm-up for 12.21.11 and slides needed for class - OL2.) Take notes on secession, the election of 1860, and the role of Alexander Stephens. See presentation above.

3.) Participate in "quick smack" review of Antebellum key terms (2nd only due to time) and take 15 question pop quiz afterwards.

4.) Take notes and and discuss 3rd S or cause for the Civil War. Get notes on Secession and stop. Analyze political cartoon found on Secession introduction slide.
